ACADEMY TEAMS
Our Academy teams range from U8's to U19's. Often fed from our Grass Roots teams, the Academy nurtures both the skills of the individual and their abilities within the team.

Our Goal
Our goal is to become a leading FAW Academy. We aim to be innovative in our practices in order to achieve sustainable success at the highest level.

To achieve our goals, we will:
-
Continue to develop and optimise our talent
-
Identify and recruit talent into our system
-
Provide a detailed and progressive training & games program
-
To develop and maintain a structure with clear role profiles, responsibilities and performance measures to track progress against our objectives

Academy Safeguarding Policy
While any safeguarding concern should be raised with the club safeguarding via hello@pontypriddunited.co.uk in the first instance, we recognise that this may not always be possible or appropriate. Below are the contact details for other partners with whom safeguarding concerns in relation to “the Company” can be discussed:
Online Safety
It is important that internet safety and security messages are re-enforced during this time when we are expecting young people to be online more often. They may also be increasing their usage on devices during their own free time during this social distancing period. It is important that both players and parents are aware of the help and support available should they be concerned about something they have seen or experienced online.
